• Recruitment and candidate management tools for employers
• Online training and certification courses

6.1 Profile and Resume

• You must provide truthful and accurate information in your profile
• You are responsible for updating your profile and resume regularly
• Do not include false qualifications, experience, or credentials
• Ensure your contact information is current and accessible

6.2 Job Applications

• Apply only for positions you are genuinely interested in and qualified for
• Follow application instructions provided by employers
• Communicate professionally with potential employers
• Do not spam employers with duplicate applications

6.3 Conduct

• Be professional and courteous in all communications
• Attend scheduled interviews or notify employers of cancellations
• Do not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or experience
• Respect employer confidentiality and proprietary information

7.1 Job Postings

• Post only genuine job opportunities
• Provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and compensation details
• Do not post discriminatory or illegal job listings
• Update or remove job postings when positions are filled
• Do not post misleading or fraudulent job opportunities

7.2 Candidate Data

• Use candidate information only for legitimate recruitment purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate data
• Comply with data protection laws and regulations
• Do not sell, share, or misuse candidate information
• Delete candidate data when no longer needed

7.3 Fair Practices

• Follow equal opportunity employment principles
• Do not discriminate based on caste, religion, gender, age, or disability
• Provide fair and transparent recruitment processes
• Respect candidate privacy and confidentiality
• Respond to candidate applications in a timely manner

8.1 Course Enrollment

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in discriminatory practices or hate speech
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content without authorization
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes. You may not:

12.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Platform (resumes, profiles, job postings, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Swadeshi Job a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our services.

12.2 Content Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the content you post
• You warrant that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
• We are not responsible for user-generated content

Swadeshi Job does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

• Course completion will lead to employment or certification
• Any particular results will be achieved

We are not an employment agency and do not guarantee job placements or hiring outcomes. We act solely as a platform connecting job seekers and employers.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWADESHI JOB (SCAN CONSULTANCY) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from user interactions or employment relationships
• Third-party content or conduct on the Platform
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Service interruptions or technical failures

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

16.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease.

16.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Misuse the Platform or harm other users
• Provide false or misleading information
• Fail to pay applicable fees

16.3 Effect of Termination

• Your right to access the Platform will immediately cease
• We may delete your account data and content
• Fees paid are generally non-refundable
• Sections of these Terms that should survive will remain in effect

17.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
